My run last night was 2:30 running/2:00 walking. I finished each running stretch feeling like I could keep going. My breathing is getting much better. Next training will be an actual 1 mile race. I really doubt I can run the entire mile yet but I will do the best I can. Next week we will up the running time.
I've never considered myself an athlete before. I am loving this feeling.
